"I am the daughter of Luna Trish and Alpha Ryan. I am heir to the moonlight creek pack. And I will give all that up just so I can be with my mate." I answered him.

Damon was looking scared but leans his head to my chest after hearing that.

"Sierra you don't know, do you? Please put Damon on the phone." He said.

I hand it to Damon.

"Yes" said Damon sadly.

"Damon you need to get your stuff and meet me. One moment let me just." he says to Damon.

Damon is leaning against my stomach holding his tears. I place my hand on him to calm him. His heart beat I can feel that was fast getting slower.

"Damon get your stuff and meet me in my cafe. We need to talk. Bring her but leave your stuff in my car. I will take you to airport afterwards. You will see why when you are both here. But we do need to talk. Be discreet as you can. Come in tomorrow night near closing time." Said the man.

Damon starts to breathe heavily but holds me tighter.

"Hey hey hey" I say calming.

Damon looks up at me.

"I will never leave you. I love you. If we have to run we will. I am yours forever." I say to Damon.

"It's not just that." Damon says crying.

"I wasn't there for you. I’m a bad mate. I can hear it. Your in this whole situation because of me. I don’t know how to fix my mistake." Damon says crying.

I’m confused.

“What can you hear?” I asked Damon.

“Heart beat.” Damon cried quietly.

Heart beat? My heart beat? Why does my heart beat make him miserable?

“And I can hear your heart beat too.” I say confused to him.

"No it’s not your heart beat. It’s the other one." He says sadly but also coldly.

I’m confused still. What other one?

“What other one?” I ask still confused.

But that’s when I realized. Another heartbeat besides our own. I mean I didn’t think this was possible. Especially the first time. The heart beat must be a young pup. It must have been because he could hear it. He looks angry and upset and all I think is, why must it be this.

"Don’t move please." He said crying.

I stayed still as he grabbed all my clothes and his clothes and he grabbed a present that I didn’t know was there hidden behind the cupboard. He proceeded to then walk out as I looked down at my first. Is he leaving me? I think to myself.

"No he's not." Alexine says to me.

I can hear her talking to Bane and getting no response. Damon comes in angry, and it was like Bane told him I thought he would leave. But to mu surprise he scoops me up and puts me into a car.

"I didn’t know you had a car?" I asked him.

He stays quiet. Tears are in his eyes still as we drive for 25 minutes. Trees going past in a blur. We pulled into a diner carpark and around the back of it. Damon gets out of the car but speaks into the window.

“Please stay in the car. I will get food. It isn’t safe for you to be out during the day. We are in another wolf packs territory.” Damon pleaded.

I nod and Damon walks to the front. He is inside for about half an hour.
