“Oh my God, It’s Darren? Kevin’s best friend?” Grandma couldn’t believe what she heard from Maddie.
She was currently in grandma’s house this morning.
She visited her because she wanted to ask Darren’s family contact person, with Jo, her son aka Kevin’s cousin.
“Yes, apparently, it is Darren. We talked the whole night and he told us, all about what actually happen that day…”
Maddie told grandma about their conversation and the old woman sometimes nodded her head while listening to her.
She also sometimes gasped and frowned while listening to her, feeling sympathy for the two young souls.
“Oh my god… Poor Darren..” She said.
“Yeah… The guilt he felt was too much that he forget about himself.” Maddie said softly.
