Aria’s POV
I could hear Knox’s voice as he discussed with Healer Felicia with a low voice, so I kept my eyes closed.
“Do you think it’s just because of the pregnancy?” Knox asked with a concerned voice, “Because it felt a whole lot more than that. Before she passed out, she was acting completely different. I have never seen her like that before.”
“I understand what you’re trying to say, Alpha,” Felicia said, “But trust me, these hormones can change someone’s personality totally, especially in....unmarked females.” She said reluctantly.
Knox cleared his throat uncomfortably. “Oh,” he said simply.
There was an awkward silence, before Felicia broke it. “But, may I ask why you haven’t–”
“No,” Knox said coldly, “You may not ask.”
