“The only rule is not to kill each other!” Alexander's voice echoed as he stepped back.
I still thought it was a bad idea. A terrible one even.
But Gaia didn't even let me breathe before she started attacking me with her vines. She just launched herself at me as if she had been waiting for this moment for days.
Her mini vines were trying to wrap me up like the last time. But I started waving the daggers in the air, cutting the vines in the process.
It seemed easy and I was starting to think I was worried for nothing.
But the more I sliced through the vines, the more my arms got tired and the more the vines were increasing.
I should have known better.
