I spent the rest of the week taking Lylah to the bars I have in the city whenever she wasn't at hers. Oddly enough, I felt better knowing now that she had a gun, that she could protect herself in my absence. That made me feel good. When I leave for treatment, I won't have to worry every second about something happening to her. Even without the guards, she can keep herself safe.
