Eloise could totally describe the past few weeks of Avery’s disappearance as ‘hell’.
Although her name was cleared that she had nothing to do with Avery’s disappearance since the company suddenly coughed up a vacation leave by Avery, which was never processed.
And coincidentally, that vacation leave happened to surface right before Arden was called in for questioning since he also met up with Avery before his disappearance.
She wanted to scream and complain about how unfair everything happening to her was but no one was listening.
Especially since people still believe it was her fault that she didn’t process Avery’s vacation leave, even though she never applied for a vacation leave.
And now the company board is calling her to attend a meeting held to decide her dismissal from office.
