A thousand thoughts running through my mind, and yet I can't figure out what to do.

" Enough" I yell unknown to me, I had blurred it out
" What is wrong son?" Mom ask looking both concerned and worried
" Nothing" I voice, rising to my feet as I try to pull myself together
" I have to go" I inform sincerely as I try to stride out of her room.
She tries to getting me to stop but my brain is too messed up to differentiate between her voice and my inner voice.
