60. You Need Energy

All the maids who looked at Anna couldn't help but shed tears, as if they shared Ana's current mood. They understand very well the condition of the girl who is very pathetic. Live a luxurious life but have absolutely no freedom to associate with other people. Anna grew up to be a quiet girl. A woman who has no friends and has no experience in anything.

The servants knew that Anna preferred to study online rather than interact with the students on campus. Not without reason, she did everything for the good of herself and her family. Several times she tried to attend lectures with her friends, but they left when they found out that Anna was Sarah's daughter.

Minah continued to stroke the child's back trying to motivate the woman who was considered her own child.

“I have absolutely no desire to leave you where you are. Even if Mrs Sarah tortures me, I will still be there for you. Every day we are together like a mother and biological child. Even though you were not born from my womb, I already consider you as my child. Don't worry because I will be there for you.”

There was no response from Anna's lips. There was only a sad cry in the room. Several times Anna was heard sobbing.

“I don't know where I went wrong that I was born of a mother like that. Can I regret this fate?”

“Nothing prevents Miss from regretting her fate for being born from Mrs Sarah's womb. But my question, even if regretting is any good?”

 “Minah, please take me away from this tiger cage. I am not strong at all, always being bullied by my mother. I don't want to be mentally disturbed just because I obey my mother's wish to do evil to other people. Take me  from here even to the crocodile pit."

 Minah shook her head. She felt Anna's request was not the right solution to the problems they were currently facing. Minah is worried that if she takes her child away, not only will her safety be threatened but you will also feel the same way she will. got punishment from Sarah and that sentence certainly wasn't far from the death penalty.

“Don't even think about running away from this palace miss. We face all together by uniting to strengthen each other. I believe when we are strong, there will be no power that can destroy us except the almighty power. Now get up and perform ablution. Pour out all your problems to the almighty, who created man and holds the hearts of his servants. Ask God to make your mother realize her mistake. It was the best step Miss could take at this point. Whisper all problems only to God and do not ask others."

 Ana nodded, then she corrected the position of her hair. Slowly she walked towards the bathroom. She felt all lightened after hearing Minah's motivation.

A few moments passed. Ana had finished her bath and performed ablution. After everything was neat, she spread out her prayer rug and prayed 2 rak'ahs asking God's help so that her mother would always be in God's hands and asked her to return his mother to the right path.

After finishing the prayer, he walked to the balcony. She wanted to see the situation around her. Look at the soldiers who are training and see Sarah who is standing looking at her soldiers while folding her arms in front of her chest. From time to time Sarah smiled looking at someone who was now joining the soldiers.

“Who made Mother smile like that? Why can she smile at other people but not at me? What did I do wrong that I had to face a different situation with the soldiers there? Is it because I'm weak and don't have any advantage for my mother? Or am I actually not Sarah's mother's biological child? Who knows. Only God knows and I don't want to find out the truth yet."

Anna continued to monologue, trying to analyze the current situation that hit her. For a while she continued to do her activities, looking at the soldiers who were training and looking around her. Passing by the soldiers who were busy carrying something from a building to the courtyard.

“After looking at their activities for a long time, I wanted to join. But I don't want mom to harass me in front of them. If I'm not mistaken, my mother told me not to meet her before I had the same goal as her. no way i do. I'm not a bad person. I don't want to be evil."

"Miss, sorry. Since morning Miss has not eaten. Minah brought this food for Miss, to keep her healthy."

"No Minah, I'm not hungry at all. Take it back to the dining room and I'll come there myself if my stomach asks."

"Do not like that. Miss needs energy to be angry. Miss also needs energy to produce but Mrs. Sarah. Don't ever just give up on the situation and never torture yourself just because you still can't control the situation. Come on eat. Do not leave the stomach empty because an empty stomach triggers disease. if sick. Then how will Miss Sarah repay all of Mrs. Sarah's actions?"

Ana smiles hearing Minah's persuade, who can always cheer her up in any situation. In fact she is also good at seducing herself to do something and do nothing. Although she is very simple, on Anna's part, Minah is everything. Even her mother didn't have the same power as hers.

Anna stretched out her hand to take the plate on the tray which was still being held by Minah. She put the food into her mouth even though she wasn't hungry at all. It was her memory of her goal that made her want to eat.

"Use it all and don't leave any leftovers. make Miss's body healthy so we can come up with a plan."

"Thank you Mina. I don't know if you're not by my side."

"Not me, but God, Miss."

"At least on your guidance. No other."

Minah laughed at Anna's words, she really felt happy because Anna could be invited to think. Minah has always felt proud of the children she raised since childhood. She is weak but can always decide which to take and which to reject.

"Never laugh if you still want your mother to suffer. I absolutely will not forgive you for the betrayal you have committed, Anna.”

Minah and Anna looked at each other. They never thought that when they were alone, her mother also listened to her conversation.
