47. Anna's Refusal

"Miss. Miss Anna. Where is Mrs Sarah? Tell the lady that a lot of people are coming. They said they were looking for Malika and wanted to get the girl out of this house."

The screams of the soldiers who were very loud in the living room made Sarah, who was about to lie down on the bed, immediately stop her intention. Sarah immediately stepped over to the people who were still lying on the ground and saw the soldiers rushing over to deliver the very unpleasant news to Anna.

“Who dares to challenge me? Especially by coming to this palace. Did they really not have complete sanity? Have you gone crazy and don't love your life anymore? They are looking for Malika and they never think about their own safety at all? Really stupid. Even though they know what risk they will take when they enter here without me being invited."

The man who led the citizens' army was retreating more and more. In an attempt to save himself he kept trying to press the trigger so he could shoot Sarah right then and there, but somehow the trigger he was ready to fire seemed unfriendly to him.

She was happy to see how the person she thought was stupid finally had to be scared when she saw her, while she herself haven't issued any moves yet.

All the citizens who heard Sarah's order were stunned. Meanwhile, Sarah's soldiers immediately prepared to carry out their master's orders without a second thought. They stepped closer to several people who were standing in front of them with trembling bodies while lowering their bodies to avoid attacks from the soldiers, while Anna who heard her mother's orders immediately stepped up to forbid the soldiers to carry out orders.

Anna immediately ran to block the soldiers who were about to attack the citizens who kept stepping back to avoid the attack.

Anna dropped her body on the ground, asking the soldiers to stop all activities without thinking that her mother would be angry with her. Sarah immediately ran and she immediately took Anna away from the crowd.

"Do not! Do not do it! Do not!" Anna continued to struggle to free herself from her mother's grip, but she was not strong enough. Her strength was not strong enough to make her mother release her grip on her arm. She was really frustrated with the fact that the citizens were currently being subjected to such heinous tortures being carried out in front of her eyes but she couldn't do anything about it at all.

Sarah immediately threw Anna's body and let her cry on the floor in the living room of her palace. She looked at her daughter who was still trying to get up with her hands on her hips. Her breath hitched, and her eyes bulged. Several times she reached out to call the servants, but the servants did not come near at all.

"Waiter! Are you so deaf that no one hears my calls?”

All resounded. between fear and courage they stepped closer to Sarah. Bowing their heads facing the master who was still in god-level anger mode.

“Take this girl and put her in a cage in her room. Don't let her leave her nest even if it's just to breathe air in the garden."

The maids bowed, then swiftly they lifted Anna's body and carried her as ordered

"Don't take me to my room! Don't do my mother's bidding and leave me free to do my thing, maid. I ask!"

"No, Miss. I prefer to survive for the sake of my family. Miss knows the consequences we will receive if we disobey Madam's orders. Understand our position, Miss. Anna is silent. She understood why the servants were so obedient to her mother. She now did not put up a fight like they first lifted her body.
