Zehra's school days passed by in a blur of routine. She and Marina figured out how to get into the same classes and take advantage of their sign language system to communicate even during the boring parts of class. Marina was great fun. She always joked around or signed something to lighten the mood. With Marina, Zehra could be herself. She talked at length about Rue and her brothers.
