A maid led the way to my quarters. She opened the door and stepped out of the way. I went inside, taking a second to stare around the room. It wasn't anything too luxurious. But I couldn't give two f***s about the room. I wasn't here for that. “Leave.” She did. And I was finally alone. There wasn't any need to hold back the retch. So I let it out, storming into the bathroom. I went to the toilet seat and threw up every bit of garbage I ate at that table. Gulping down every dish there felt like suicide.
