***Sarah***

I felt the anger stir in Bo through the bond. I sat Billy in Becca’s lap. I told her what I felt was happening. She quickly placed a barrier around herself and the children she called them in closer to her. I arrived to find Bo and Will fighting witches I placed a protection spell on the guys and then focused on the witches. I sensed that some had been here before. As I approached I sensed it! The same powers as Becca, “STOP” I commanded and the witches stood down as they felt the power radiate from me. “Bo I think you know of them”. I mind linked him. He stopped and stared at the group of 3 in front of him in disbelief at my accusation. “Smell them”, the unmistakable scent of a magnolia undertone that all the women in his family on his mothers side carried. Within moments the warriors arrived ready to defend their pack. “Luna” Henry, Bo’s gamma bowed respectfully as he passed. The reset of the warriors followed his lead. They took the women to the crystal cave on the beach. We don’t like bringing prisoners to far into our pack lands. The cave had a protection spell to keep those inside powerless and those outside unable to pass through the invisible door. The cave would drain their powers over a years time they would become mortal humans.

***Becca***

“Momma my tummy and head hurt, and I feel very tired” Bell informed me. I tucked her in on the coach with Millie who was complaining of similar symptoms. I tried to reach Sarah but our connection was closed. With Billy asleep now as well I called the rest of the children in for a movie. We went inside and I started a movie. I quickly made some snacks and had them mind link Buster to ask for pajamas. I hadn’t seen My half brother since he was 4 years old. He will have had his first shift by now and started his Alpha training. He probably doesn’t even remember me.

I paced nervously as Buster approached I invited him in and he seemed hesitant at first. “Hi Rebecca” he said looking to the ground. His deep voice surprising me. My wolf leaped around for joy “hey Buster, I have sure missed you buddy”! He looked up at me with his green eyes and I gathered him in my arms. He nearly squeezed me too hard! We walked in the house and the kids run to him. “Hi pups, I brought pajamas, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and..” Mark jumped up, “secret candy”? Buster smiled kindly, “yes secret candy!! Aunt Becca doesn’t mind, she invented secret candy”. Mark’s eyes got huge, “aunt Becca did? I thought you did uncle Buster. She is so cool”. “Nope aunt Becca used to make it for me when I was little” Buster answered. “Aunt Becca is THE COOLEST” they all four say in unison. “Aunt Becca can you teach us to make secret candy?” I simply nod and smile at them, “sure but only if Buster helps me”. Busters smile grows larger and the leans into me for a hug.

Just then my brother and sister-in-law walk in the front door. Although I could tell there was something serious was happening. Buster immediately gets the kids and takes them to the bunk room. How about we have a sleep over tonight here.”? The kids agree excitedly. Will goes to help get all the kids in one room. Bo opens his mouth to speak and before words escape his lips Sarah runs to me and shows me what is happening. I knew immediately what this meant. Mother was coming home again.

The next few days were spent planning and preparing. Mother had attempted to get back on pack lands previously due to Sarah and Her coven being white witches. Their powers outweighed any that my mother witches that my mother could manipulate in to do in her bidding. “So, what’s the plan?” I ask. They all look at me with puzzled looks on their face. If they’re still trying to figure it out I will start the planning on my own. “first things first we need to make sure all the children are safe. We could initiate a curfew starting tomorrow and all children must be supervised at all times.” Will stands behind me and wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me toward him. “ no travel in or out of the territory unless you have prior authorization from Alpha.” “No one can enter the barrier unless they have been invited in face to face by Bo or I, so that should help”. Sarah adds. Bo shifts in his seat and looks Me in the eyes, “ have you told Bell who her father is yet” I only shake my head in response. Will answered for me “ no, but she will. When the time is right.” We decided to sleep on it for the night and come back together in the morning to develop a better plan.
