Disorderly shouting erupted from every corner of the chilly town hall. Although the temperature was slightly higher than it would have been because of the number of people crowded inside, the tiny cracks in the old building couldn’t contain much of the heat.
Everyone at the meeting was distressed regarding the topic at hand and everyone wanted their opinions heard. The incoherent shouting continued in the stadium-esque hall until a man approached the podium.
