Ali's POV
It had been 72 hours since we brought her here, and I finally received the message that she had opened her eyes.
I thought she would not survive and die after seeing the condition she was in. Whoever tortured her really did a nice job to inflict pain on her, but I just found out she didn't spill anything.
It is really hard to impress me, but I must confess Rose had really amazed me. She was a woman in her late forties yet had such a strong spirit.
As I made my way to the room where she was, I couldn't help the feeling of excitement coursing through me. Rose would be a really good partner, someone that has the cold heart to do the extreme.
I got to the door and pushed it open. She was sitting up, her back resting on a pillow behind.
Her face turned towards me, pale and weak.
