"Hey! Intern! I said decaf not a latte!"
"And I never ordered coffee! I ordered tea and a cookie!"
"Where's my cupcake, intern?"
I nearly slam my head against the wall as all voices hit me at once. It's my first day at this job and they're all treating me like a slave. Making me go around in circles to get them refreshments and shred paper.
There are five of us on the team. Two seniors, two previous team leaders of Marketing and Resources and I am the only intern. Of course, no one suspects why a lowly intern like me was hired on Director Woods' super exclusive team. I try not to feel too small infront of all these qualified people, being a former team leader myself, but they were taking no moment in excusing themselves from me making me feel like a pathetic loser.
