After the gym’s chaos subsided, I headed to the school parking lot, still basking in the post-performance glow. People around the school were waving at me and throwing thumbs up in my direction as their form of congratulating me on being able to give such a beautiful performance. As I walked, I couldn't stop smiling and who could blame me. I felt extremely happy for coming out victorious in something I had set mind to.
