POV
“Left kick!” my trainer shouts holding the punching bag as I kick the back with my left leg.
“You kick like a girl, no wonder he could slap you around you’re weak!” he shouts at me
I kick the bag harder and with so much more force.
“That is better. Right kick, right upper cut!” he shouts next
I kick with my right leg and punch the bag with my right arm but with too little force and I knew he was going to have my ass for it.
“Give me 100 push ups.” He speaks
All blood drains my body. I was exhausted as it is.
He takes off the gloves my hands, I grab my water bottle and drink a few sips before getting down on the floor and doing the push ups I received as punishment.
