I was about to go and find Amelia when my phone started ringing.
I looked around for it and checked the drawer.
On the screen was Sabrina.
“Who the f***k is Sabrina?” I asked as I swiped the green button.
“Oh my god, thank god!”
The familiar voice instantly reminded me of the girl Haleem had handed over to me in the cathedral gates; I couldn't have possibly just forgotten about her.
“Sabrina… What's wrong?”
She was screaming as if she was being attacked.
“The baby is here…”
“What baby?”
“Tell Tyran that that baby is here, get him! We need to go to the hospital!”
I could not piece her words together, I understood her words but I could not process it.
“You're having a baby with Tyran?” was the only question my brain could allow me.
“No! Just hand him the phone!
