Lucy got a call that she was needed at office and headed there immediately, leaving Victor with their parents, As she got to her office, she was shocked to see Tyler her best friend, she was so happy, they started chatting catching up, they had spent 3 hours, when suddenly there was a knock without waiting for a response, the person walked in just Lucy was about scold the person who walked, it was Victor" Hey what are you doing here" "Darling is that how you greet your husband" he said without glancing at Tyler and went to Lucy and gave her a kiss on her cheek "you're not my husband, meet Tyler my friend" "Hi I'm Tyler" Victor just nodded at him, "I came here to see you" "I see that, but I can't entertain you right, me and Tyler we have a meeting" she said as she put her purse preparing to head out "I'll catch up with you later, Tyler hurry up I don't want to be late" they headed out.

Samantha didn't like how Victor treated her, she wanted him to notice so she planned to seduce him. She headed to his office, when she got there she saw him there in his chair sitting there like the king he was, "Hey Vic" "Samantha whatchu doing here" "I came to see you, am I not allowed to anymore" "it's not like that Sam and you know that" he really cared about her but sometime she made it difficult for him, "I came here so we can out to lunch, I have good news to tell you" "Ok let's go" , they headed to one of the most popular restaurants in Yunsheng City, as they got there. Lucy was having lunch with Tyler, when her eyes saw Victor with Samantha, she didn't like her very much, she was about ignore them when they headed towards her "Darling do you mind if we join you" Victor said as he gestured for the waiter to bring them chairs". The lunch was really awkward, Samantha hated that Lucy was with Victor the person she has been in love with for 8 years, and trying to get him to notice her but she failed multiple times, it was as if she didn't exist but Lucy got his attention easily, it was dreading why she chose this restaurant. Tyler was happy that Lucy finally got someone in her life other than her family and friends, he couldn't help but look at Samantha she was so beautiful, he wanted to get to know her, he saw that her attention was on Victor, he couldn't help but feel uneasy.

Lucy couldn't help but notice how Tyler was looking at Samantha, she was happy for him but she could tell that Samantha wasn't even paying attention to him and the lunch was really awkward for all of them she wanted to go home and take a bath, she was trying to come up with an excuse to get out of there when her phone rang, she went out answer it when she came back "There's somewhere I need to be, Victor our parents want to speak with us so we should be going" she said taking her purse and went out with Victor, inside she was really grateful to Roslyn her sister for calling her or she wouldn't know how to get out of there.
