I know Adam, he is stronger but that doesn’t mean he has to be alone and go through everything alone. I called aunt Giana, she knows about us but she still pretends she doesn’t know because I asked her to.
“Hey, Jack. How are you?” She chirps.
“We are fine. I called to ask you something.” I say.
“Yeah, I have heard what happened back home. How is Idris doing?” She asks.
I clench my phone, “She is okay. How are you?” I ask.
“Exhausted with two kids.” She sighed.
I laugh, “Isn’t it what you wanted?” I ask.
She laughs, this time. “Yeah, I was kidding. I’m doing good.” She answers. “What is it you want to ask?” She asks.
“Um... I want you to take Adam with you.” I say
“What? What happened?” She asks.
