“Zoey!” A very familiar feminine voice called my name from behind me, turning around to the caller.
A saw all smiling Rebecca approaching me, I didn't know she came.
“Rebecca, I didn't think you'd come.” With what happened in her visit, I was thinking it will take her time to heal.
“I thought I wouldn't see you for a long time.” That was actually true.
Because I certainly would be traumatized, but it seems like that's not the case for her. I shrug, it is nice seeing her again.
“I would hate myself if I don't come to your introduction party, so have to put on my big pant.” She joked.
“It's good to have you here, Rebecca.”
“Congratulations, newest CEO.” She said, pulling me into another hug.
