Chapter 4:

Astria remained silent as she watched Gabriel who was glaring at her angrily. Heh, all of you gave Tanya some harsh words, don't blame me for being this cruel.

Astria's way of treating a friend was very special. She would waste all her time just to help them, and those who treated them badly, would received a cruel payback.

"How dare you accuse me?! "Gabriel strongly denied. His eyes was filled with anxious and anger.

Astria chuckled."Accuse you? I wonder why Mr. Gabriel Santos would think that I am accusing him. And why would I do that? "

Middle-managers were agreeing to her silently. She can't get any benefits by just accusing him. And Gabriel was so angry and was so eager to say that she was just spouting nonsense. If it wasn't true, then Gabriel should not be angered at this point!

Gabriel was lost at words. When he saw that the other Middle-managers were agreeing to her, he grew more anxious and panicked.

He forced to calm himself down and sneered. "I also don't know why would this young lady here accused me without evidence. "

Her mouth twitched up. He wants me to give him an evidence? Sure!

"I can give it to you but...... are you really sure that you want to see it? "

Gabriel smirked. He thought that this girl did not have any evidence to prove her accusations.

The others was enjoying the show and quickly forgotten the missing Business Plan document.

Astria carelessly throw the folder in front of him. Gabriel silently gulped as he stared into it. He felt so bad about this. He can't raise his fingers to open the folder as he continued to become anxious. Damn it! If this folder does have an evidence about his illicit affairs on the outside, then his wife would surely divorced him causing to obliterate his fame!

His wife was known at the business, he only hooked into her because of money. And at his position right now, to be able to be one of the Middle-managers of the branch company of the Big Corporation, was all thanks to her!

If she would divorced him, then all of that would vanished! He can't let that happen!

A cold sweat was formed on his forehead. Astria smiled. That folder did not have an evidence of his affairs. It was the evidence of Jake cheated and betraying Tanya.

She was certain that Gabriel won't open this because he feared that his rich life would end.

Gabriel gulped again and again and the other Middle-managers was impatient seeing him hesitating to open the folder. They immediately believed that all she said was true.

"Mr. Gabriel Santos, why won't you open this? "Rolando asked as he took the folder and was about to see what's inside when Gabriel stopped him and took away the folder.

Rolando raised his brows of Gabriel's actions. He clearly admitted everything through his actions!

Gabriel forced a smile."Mr. Rolando, and everyone, were discussing about the missing Business Plan earlier, we should not let something like this to interfere the important meeting right? "

Everyone immediately snapped their senses back when they remembered the Business Plan. They started talking about it and immediately forgot Gabriel's affairs on the outside. Even if Gabriel do something worst, Business Plan document was more important!

Gabriel secretly smiled in relief when he successfully diverted their attention. This young lady here messed up the wrong person!

Even if she tells everyone about his affairs, who would belive her? She is just a nobody!

He secretly hide the folder when he heard a voice.

"Mr. Gabriel Santos, would you mind giving me that folder back?"

He froze and hesitated for a bit. He planned to destroy it first to avoid some troubles in the future but this young lady owned this folder. If he will forcefully claimed this, isn't thay equivalent to admitting his affairs openly?

He involuntarily gave her the folder. Astria smirked while accepting it. She mocked at him and Gabriel could only gritted his teeth in anger.

He promised that he would punished this young lady today!

Tanya cleared her throat and asked everyone to be quiet. She faced Astria.

"You really know where the Business Plan is? "

Astria slowly nodded her head. "Yes."

Tanya sighed in relief. "Where is it? "

Astria briefly looked at everyone who was inside this room. "The Business Plan was on the hands of.... "

She stopped at Rolando and pointed him her fingers. "Him!"

Rolando frowned in disbelief before laughed hard. He can't believe that she just pointed her finger on him saying that he stole the Business Plan!

The other Middle-managers looked at each other before turning to Astria ridiculously. How dare she point and accuse someone?!

They were looking at her like she is dumb and brainless! Did she not know Rolando? Rolando was an important Middle-managers because of his Talent! He was also close to Tanya! Why would he steal some important documents?!

Gabriel smirked and mocked at her senselessly. He did not know that this young lady was dim-witted at this point! She was just digging her own grave!

Astria did not reacted to their expressions to her and just looked at Rolando who was laughing.

"Haha. Miss, do you know what you're talking about? "

Astria has a smirk on her face but she just remained silent.

"You! How dare you accuse someone?! "

"Preposterous!"

"You can't just point your fingers to someone and accuse them with just a senseless accusations!"

"You're crazy! "

"Security! Get this lady out of here! "

Tanya massaged her temples when they yelled at Astria nonstop. She was also dismayed when she heard what Astria said. She thought that Astria was being exaggerated and looked for some trouble.

She just can't believe what she just said, Rolando was her friend too. And she knew that Rolando would not do it.

"Everyone! Silence! "she comanded loudly.

They forced themselves to calm down. But still glaring at her. They would let her accuse Gabriel but not Rolando. Rolando has a quite fame on the company because of his kind attitude and loyalty to the company so how could they believe a statement from a nobody?

Tanya frowned as she looked at Astria. "You know you can't just say that. "

Astria already expected this, also Tanya's reactions. This was within her calculations.

"I meant it. "

Tanya's frowned creased deeply. She wants to take her away and warned about the trouble she would get in!

"Astria!"she warned her.

Astria smiled at her assuringly. "I'm not lying. All of it was true."

Tanya's expression filled bewilderment and disbelief. She can't understand why would Astria say that.

"Miss, why would you say that? "Rolando chuckled. Astria saw a sneer at his eyes.

"Because it's true. "

"Young lady, you can't just spout nonsense anytime right? "Gabriel snorted.

"I'm spouting nonsense? "Astria chuckled playfully.

"Aren't you?"Gabriel replied.

"Yes. I'm not."

The others were shooking their head. They also hoped a little that maybe this young lady would help them find the Business Plan. Who knows that she was just spouting nonsense?

"Why don't you searched his office? "she chuckled. "You did not searched his office because you trust him that much? "

They ignored her and Tanya can only sighed in disappointment. She thought that Astria knows where the Business Plan was. It was not that she did not trust Astria, it was just her statement was not believable. Why would Rolando stole the Business Plan for the first place? Base on his attitude, that was the first thing he would not do.

While the others were mocking at her, Rolando was sneering on her at his heart. This young lady should chose what words would she spat out. I already got their trust. How can she destroy it with just a baseless statement?

Does she think she can just accuse anyone whenever she wants? Gabriel was dumb and was easy to lost control of himself causing his actions to admit the accusations unconsciously. But he was not Gabriel. He would not need to open his mouth as he was certain that all Middle-managers would spoke for him.

She maybe beautiful but brainless. Too bad.

"Jake, get her out. "Gabriel ordered and Jake was about to grab her when she raised her hand to stop him.

"I was merely stating that the Business Plan was on his office. I did not say that he stole it. Why would you reacted much that way? "Astria said playfully.

They may mocked and gave her a harsh words but, sorry all of that was no impact to her.

They frowned when they realized that she was exactly right. She did not say that Rolando stole it. She just stated that the Business Plan was on his hands. But isn't that also indicates that Rolando was the one who stole it.

They were confused about what did she just mean.

Rolando narrowed his eyes slightly. He felt that this young lady was not an easy opponent.

"You mean that the Business Plan was on my office? "

Astria nodded. "Yes! "

He chuckled. "How can you say so? "

Astria looked at Tanya. "Why don't you order some people to search his office? It is just a search. It would not cause any problems right? "

Tanya looks troubled. It's true that she did not searched his office as she was certain that it was not in his room.

But Astria also has a point. It was just a search.

Seeing that Tanya was hesitating, there was a subtle expression on Rolando's eyes.

It was true that the Business Plan was on his office. He was sure that Tanya would not searched his office because of her trust to him. She would not think that the Business Plan was on his hands even a bit.

"Your words has a point. But, wasn't that also indicating that I was the one who stole it? Otherwise, why would the Business Plan appeared on my office? "he asked with a trouble expression. He looks like he was puzzled and did not know anything, hence the other Middle-managers did not think about suspecting him.

The others immediately agreed to him.

"What Mr. Rolando said are true! "

"Why would the document appeared on his office?! "

"He would never steal that Business Plan. "

"This young lady should be at her home right now to study and not to create some trouble. "

Tanya's hesitation dissipated bit by bit. She found Rolando's words reasonable. Right now, she was in a difficult situation. Both of them were her friends! What side should she choose?

Astria smirked as she waited to lessen the noise. "There are many possibilities about that Mr. Rolando. Maybe someone wants to frame you or...... you ordered someone? "

Rolando was startled. Why did he has the feeling that this young lady know everything?

Her accusations for him about the Business Plan and her words that maybe he ordered someone, they were all matched of the truth!

This young lady, should not know it, right?

"But of course, the latter is not true. So the remaining possibility is maybe someone want to frame you Mr. Rolando. "Astria said calmly. This time, she was spouting nonsense. What 'someone want to frame him'? Psh!

Her words cause the Middle-managers to think deeply. Rolando began to frowned, he keep having a bad feeling.

Astria then continued."I am just asking to search his office. We were still not sure that it was there or not. Regarding on Mr. Rolando's case, these should be not a problem right? We're all know that the Business Plan was not there, so why would you stop the search?"

The othed Middle-managers slowly nodded their head. Astria was right. They believed that the Business Plan was not at Rolando's office, so a searching was not a big deal. The result would only be, her humiliating herself.

"What she said was right? "

"Let her search your Office Mr. Rolando as we were certain that she would found nothing."

"Let her humiliate herself then! "

"Hmp! Shameless! "

"Waiting for humiliation? Gave her that! "

The Middle-managers did not know that their words caused a big amount of anxiety to Rolando. How can he let them search if the Business Plan was still on his office?!

Jake on the corner has his hands began to tremble. His hands was cold and a cold sweat was formed on his forehead. No! The search should not happen! Or else, both me and Mr. Rolando would be dead!

They put the Business Plan on his office because they were 100% certain that no one would searched his office! But this young lady who had just appeared was ruining everything! They need to make a move!

Their eyes secretly met and Rolando gave him a signal to take away the Business Plan on his office immediately.

Jake calmed himself as he got out the meeting room and hurriedly carry the order.

Their mockery at her did not stop but Astria merely gave them a blank glance. Tanya also decided to agree. She was sure that the Business Plan was not on Rolando's office, what she was worried the most was the fact that Astria would get into trouble if it was proven that the document was not there.

Tanya's hands was sweating as she was very nervous. This situation of her was very difficult. As a manager, she needs to agree to search Rolando's room and clear everything, if they find the document, she would punish him, if not she would trouble Astria. As Rolando's friend, she was hoping that all Astria's accusations were not true. But as Astria's friend, she also want to make sure that her statements were correct so she would not get into trouble. It was so frustrating!

Rolando calmed himself when he saw Jake went out. This time, the result would only be her humiliating herself.

He smirked. He ordered Jake to stole the Business Plan and gave it to him for safety. He was the one who deleted the footage because between him and Jake, he was the only one who can enter. As the Security Room, can only be entered by an authorized person. Their plan was perfect and did not gave a suspicion to everyone.

Rolando knew that Jake and Tanya has a secret relationship. He also knew that Jake was just using her because of money. This man did not have a kind heart but a greedy heart! He did not truly love her! Tanya was just the one who loved him!

He already loved someone else!

Rolando saw Jake dating another woman at the mall. Rolando used this to blackmail him to follow his orders. He also made sure to give Jake some money if he would succeed.

Hmp! This young lady was too confident!

"I agree to your idea. I hope you are aware of the consequences."Rolando said with a sigh. Looking like the Business Plan was not on his office.

Astria smirked. "I hope, you know too, Mr. Rolando. "

On the hallway, Jake walked quickly to Rolando's office. He went inside and opened the drawer under Rolando's table.

He was so nervous as his hands trembled. When he finally got a hold on the Business Plan he sighed in relief. He hurriedly closed the drawer back and hurriedly went to the door when suddenly his body stopped moving.

He was only a two meters away from the table. His hands who was holding the document froze, his separated feet stay rooted on the floor.

His breathing also stop. He can't feel his body. He can't move. Only his mind was not stopped.

He did not know everything but when his body stop and he can't feel anything, his heart skipped a beat. W-what happened? Why can't I move....... why can't I feel a-anything?

He can't even tremble to his nervousness. His mind filled with many questions as his heart filled with fear. He can't even pee on his pants in fright!

He was so scared about what had happened on his body! He can't open his mouth to ask for help!

This time, he felt a big amount of fear. He can't think of anything. He forgot about the important document on his hands! He forgot about the important order Rolando gave him!

He was just scared! Who would be not scared if your body won't move? If you can't even feel that you still have a body? That someone looks like gave you a frightening curse?!

Jake did not know that his body was controlled by Astria. She knew about the reason why he headed outside. Her ability was open at the time she entered the meeting room, that's why she managed to read everyone's secret especially Gabriel.

She waited for Jake to got a hold on the document and preparing to leave for her plan to worked. Everything was played on her palms!

She promised that she won't use her ability for some nonsensical things, unless it's needed.

She would not use this for some people who has a kind-heart.

She may used her reading mind ability sometimes, but her other ability like controlling something or someone can only be used to a person who deserved it.

All of them voluntarily came, they thought that Astria would be humiliated so they came to watch. But they did not know that a surprise are waiting for them.

After a few minutes, Jake finally gained a control over his body. He panted heavily. His mind was in chaos. His body was still trembling when he suddenly remembered what Rolando told him.

He temporarily put the events that had happened earlier aside and was ready to carry out the order when the door opened and a bunch of people entered.

His heart skipped a beat again. We're dead.....
