today was a regular day for me 

I woke up brushed my teeth, ate breakfast, went for a run (in human form),went to the gym, showered,  and went to work. and as soon I walked in my office...

''happy birthday'' Emily and Max shouted, they are my closest friends here but they don't know I'm a werewolf or that ware werewolves exist

''ohh god you scared me to death'' I replied  ''your welcome'' Max said ''so first we are going shopping then we will get reedy together and go to the bar ohh and then...''  Emily basically demanded before I cut her off ''wait wait hold on what, why, and no I got a lot of work to do'' and as soon as I said that she instantly replied ''oh don't worry I got it all figured out I asked Pierre (out boss) if we could have the day off he said yes and it's for these times it's good that he has a crush on you'' ''what nooo he has not a crush on me you are crazy'' i replied ''he definitely has a crush on you everyone could see that'' Max said ''eww he is like 80, plus he has a wife but about going to the bar is a big no no'' I said '' Please Please Please Please Please Please'' they pleaded with puppy eyes ''ok ok I will go'' as soon as I said that they jumped up and down ''great you wont regret'' Emily said

(btw she is in Paris but mostly she lived in Spain after she ran away from the orphanage and the orphanage was in Russia but her parents where from Mother-Russia Father-Sweden and she is fluent in Spanish, French, Russian, German and English that's why she will sometimes talk those languages but I will translate it)
