I needed a bathroom. That much was clear. Ignoring Silas’s questioning looks, I looked around desperately, craning my neck to see past the sea of half dressed bodies, but there was no bathroom in sight. Maybe it was just around the corner past the lockers. But that meant I’d have to make my way through all the thick, sweaty bodies pushing and shoving each other and I wasn’t sure I’d make it to the other side in one piece. I needed to look elsewhere. There had to be one in the hallway. I glanced at the clock above the door. The five minutes we were given were nearly over. I didn’t have the time to look for another bathroom unless I wanted to run laps for most of the class.
