Something new to me

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
We were entering by that huge door , scarred of what is going to happen but excited to begin a new start in a beautiful school like this .
It was big building and it was so nice ,we were astonished the three of us .
I continued my way to my class , it my first day of high school .
I was holding Josef's hand and Sara was close to me following us .
The hallway was full of people from every grade , there is people who are sheking at their lockers , others who are talking to their teachers about something serious like topic or a course , and some nice-looking girls from a rish families, they were speaking and it appears that they were gossiping .
I saw my old friends from school too ,they were looking at me with admiration because i was with Jiji so they were saying silently :
- Oh look at them , they are so cute i like this couple !!
Then another time , they aded :
- Is he the one from the new year ?!
I was smilling kindely, i didn't think that i became famous , i think i have already made a good impression before joining the school .
Josef was laughing too , for him it was funny .
It didn't sound good for Sara , she was a little frustrated, i can see that from her eyes . Her cheeks were red and her face seamed so tired .
I couldn't ask her why because i know what is going on with her .
She is not ok with the fact that me being always with Josef and spending nearly all day with him therefore she felt jealous .
She told me in a moment of range :
- Ok that is enough you two , everybody is watching you and speeking about you , you are the centre of attention here !
I really understands what she fell but i couldn't stop myself and answered fast because i was so annoyed by what she said :
- And what Sara ? Does that bother you ?
She left us there without saying a word and she went to class alone .
I was going to follow her and continue our conversation but Josef hold my arms and catched me before going then said with perception :
- That is fine my dear , let her leave i think she needs some time alone ..
I agreed , he is right about that i have to be more comprehensive with her .
We went to our classes , it was good , i got to know new teatchers and new classmates .
After class , i was going to return to home and by chance i saw my friend Amy , i couldn't imagine that ! I was a little surprised .
The last time , that i saw her it was when Sara and me helped her to put her things on the track to leave the house and move on with her parents .
After that we lost touch , i was curious to know why she appeared suddenly so i went to her .
She changed from the last time that i saw her , she was wearing a pretty red dress and heals that made her foots look charming .
I approached to her and asked her :
- Hi Amy , you look so diffrent and good ! How are you ? What are you doing here ?! I though you are far away from this place
I stayed in the same position and i waited for so long for an answer but it was weird and unexpected that she left without saying hi .
I felt a little confused and guilty in the same time . I mean i don't know maybe she is mad at me but what did i do to her ?
Is she angry that i didn't call her since than ?
I returned home driving with me this bad thoughts all the way .
I found myself in the room , taking on my both hands my phone , searching for Amy's number so i can send her a message .
I stayed for a lots of minutes thinking of what i am going to send it as a message of apology .
Sara entered without permission to talk with me while i was in my room .
She came near to me and tell me with a small voice with shame of what she did :
- Listen Rose , lets forget about what happened , i wasn't really aware of what i said
- That is ok i understand!
It was not my problem that moment .
Sara saw my face , it was yellow from fear that i made a mistake and that Amy won't probably forgive me of what i may did .
She knew that i wasn't paying attention but she wasn't angry .
She asked me with worry :
- What is going on Rose ? You seam upset !
- No nothing don't worry !
- Really Rose tell me
- It is just Amy , i saw her at school , she is changed , when i spook to her she didn't respond and kept walking until she reached her class
- Wait what is she doing there ?
- Yes that what i asked her but no answer unfortunately. I think maybe she is mad at me
- No Rose don't think like that , people changes maybe Amy that you saw here at school it is not the same pearson , the old Amy that nice friend from last year
- Yes you are right , probably it is not my fault !..... Thanks for being here with me
- No problem my dear , i have a lot of experience as you can see ( laughing)
Then she added :
- Do you want some pizza ? i will order one
- Yes please i am starving !
I became relieved when i talked to her , yes she is right about that and
I am so tired of being the nice girl that always tries to impress everyone , it is done , it not my job anymore !
We enjoyed our meal , talking about so mush things and spending the night watching the television.
