Chapter Eight

We spent most of yesterday cleaning out the room we’ve been using as a bedroom, which gave us multiple bags full of old clothes and other things that are of no use to us, and cleaning that out gave us a lot of space to put our own things.
So, after we did all that, Mal and I spent most of today cleaning out the other room upstairs, the room that Elly is hopefully going to be sleeping in. Because of how much we cleared out yesterday, we actually had some more space in our room to store things from the other room, and the back room downstairs is currently filled with bags and boxes full of things that we’re going to have to sort through all over again later.
