Chapter SevenJosie ducked down while they pulled into a vacant parking space as close to the building as possible. Autumn's face crinkled up tight as she strained to get a closer look at Jeremy's apartment from the safety of the car. They'd have to go unnoticed while sneaking Josie past his door and up the stairs. They couldn't allow themselves to be seen by anyone, the cost was too high, the risk too steep. Even Jeremy couldn't be involved, not yet anyway. When the coast seemed clear, it was time to make a move.
