The Lost Alpha Princess

Chapter 6

Kane's POV

I listened to what Gregory told her and I knew I was right earlier, now I'm more determined to make sure I get her and myself out of here and back to Mountain Ridge I know that Hunter needs to fulfil his part of the prophecy but he need's that girl to do it, I sit down with my back and head leaning on the door waiting to see Gregory's next move and to hear the rest of his story and hopefully his plans my mind drifting to my Mate.

....FLASHBACK TO THE NIGHT KANE LEFT HIS MATE....

I'm lying here with the most beautiful she wolf I have ever seen getting ready to leave in the morning, I knew she didn't fully believe me and I was worried she thought I was just running from her, while I was deep in thought a bright light appeared in front of her bed it was so bright that I could feel my mate starting to stir awake when she sat up in bed and looked at what woke her up the Moon goddess appeared with another message for me and thankfully my mate would witness it so she had no choice but to believe me.

"My child you are still on the correct path and now your mate is here to help you on your way" Moon Goddess said looking at Summer my mate, Summer just stared mouth agape and very wide eyed I chuckled and she threw me a scowl which caused the Moon Goddess to giggle this time.

We both snapped our attention back to the Moon Goddess and Summer asked "How do I help him?" the moon Goddess looked at her with soft eyes and said "Go to Kane's brother Alpha Hunter for he will be an important part of the prophecy for it to come true." she said before turning her gaze to me again and continuing.

"Gregory will get you on your way to the next pack but he will not recognise you as Alpha Hunter's brother, he will take you to where she is and you will help her and you will both go to your brother he will help start the prophecy. Your trial is just beginning and it will be hard but you must stay stronger for your mate and child." she finishes softly looking between me and Summer.

The Moon Goddess looks Summer in the eye intensely "Summer my child you must listen very carefully when you get to your mate's pack you must not tell anyone where he is, you must tell them Kane is on a mission for you father and as you are with child he felt better if you were at his pack with his brother." the Moon Goddess explains.

Summer nods in understanding and for the Moon Goddess to continue "You will take some pack warriors with you and when you get there tell Alpha Hunter to sniff you not only will he smell both your scents but also that of your pup and he will not turn you away." she looked at us both asking us both with her eye's if we understood her instructions, Summer and I looked at each other with a small nod we then both turned to the Moon Goddess and gave her a curt nod that we both understood fully

"I must leave now and you won't see me again until everything is in place, so good luck on your mission and hopefully when you see me again she will have come of age I will finally be at rest and she will carry on in my place" and she just disappears plunging the room into darkness once more.

....END OF FLASHBACK....

I look around and notice another door that's when it hit me no ones been in to check why the guard hasn't come out, that means they think he has so I then decide to get changed into the guards clothes and rip his face apart so people wouldn't recognise him if they came in and hopefully they would just think he was me.

Unknown Female's POV

That's when it hit me tomorrow will be a month since I tried to hang myself, I was now lost in my own thoughts. Before I could talk to Selene any more I heard footsteps coming towards me and knew Gregory was back but he wasn't alone, the old man was with him but his already been today I thought to myself Selene was quietly growling in my head.

"So tell me do you sense her now or are you taking me for a fool?" Gregory sneered at the man as he shoved him into the bars, the man hissed as the skin on his face and hands started to burn where they came into contact with the bars and he quickly pushes off of them.

He takes a few deep breaths and looks at me like I'm to blame for this he then turns back to Gregory and I hear him talk for the first time ever as he calmly say's "I can't sense it she must be stronger than we thought if she is masking that side of her." he looked back at me and sneered "Either she knows everything and is hiding it herself or it knows everything and is hiding from her."

He turns back to Gregory when he is finished I look between them like their both mental partly because I think they are and partly because I know if I don't act like I don't know what their talking about I could be in trouble, I only understand part of what their saying and now I understand why Selene wouldn't tell me anything about us or our family.

Gregory study's my face which is still saying what the hell is going on before he steps behind the old man and grabs him around the throat with one hand while my eye's widen in shock, horror and complete fear at his other hand which has changed from fingers to claws, I look him in the face as he say's in the old mans ear "Does that look like the face of someone in the know?"

The old man shakes his head his face showing nothing but pure fear. Gregory's eyes meet mine and he has a smirk on his face as he say's "No I didn't think so." and before anyone could say or do anything Gregory lifted his claw and slit the mans throat causing his blood to spray all over me and my cell, Gregory let go of the mans body and it hit the floor with a thud and I followed it with my eye's. When it hit the floor my eye's shut and the tears came rolling down my cheeks I couldn't stop them.

My eyes snapped open when I hear Gregory burst out a manic laugh and I look at him in disbelief and terror, when he suddenly stops laughing he looks me dead in the eye before asking "Now where were we in our story?" I look at him open mouthed not knowing where to look, he was acting like nothing had happened and there wasn't a dead body in front of my cell or blood dripping off me and my cell.

At some point I had stood up and now my knees were about to give out so I stumble backwards until the back of my legs hit my bed and I almost fall on my ass, Gregory got a seat and sits in front of my cell next to the dead body and it makes me shiver so I try and keep my eyes on Gregory.
