** I suggest you listen to this while reading this chapter. ;) It helped me write it and get all the feels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVSebO7S1OI I sigh in relief seeing Jeremy standing there, followed by Wesley and Josh. “Well, well well. Will you look at who’s here? My so-called friends.” Blake mocks with a snort. “We are not friends. We haven’t been in a long time, Blake” Jeremy growls, walking towards us.  “I wouldn't get too close if I were you, Jeremy.” “And why not?”  As fast as this conversation was going, BLake moved so fast and got behind me, pulling me up and tightening one hand around my neck again, and the other holding my arms behind my back. “You should stop struggling. I won’t make the same mistake twice and get myself scratched up again.” He says way too close to my ear. I fight against his hold, but he’s just too strong for me. I should have listened to my father all those years and trained properly with the pack warrior. How can I expect myself to become stronger, if I don’t work or do anything for it? But it is a little too late to think about it for now. Jeremy and the guys try stepping forward, but stop when they see the way Blake’s holding my neck. The way his fingers are placed, he could break it at any moment. “What the hell do you want with my sister? Haven’t you put her through enough!?” Jer yells out, the veins on his forehead bulging.  He knows… and he is furious. “So, you found out” BLake mocks, making me cringe. “Let her go,” Wesley ordered, surprising us all. “You are in no position to make any demands, Wesley. And since when are you so bold? You’ve always been the quiet, do-nothing kind of guy.”  “People change over time, obviously. Just look at yourself. Selling your loyalty. And for what? Power? You are the worst kind of wolf there is in this world.”  “And he’s got some bite to his words now too.” He laughs, making Welsey growl. “I see one of your little bich is missing? Where is the little princess Anthony?” Blake went on, infuriating them even more. Where is Anthony? “He’s not here.” Josh retorqued through gritted teeth. “Pitty. I could have gotten rid of you all in one go. I suppose it’ll have to wait for another time. You have always been in my way of having fun. It’s about time I rectify that.” “Your way of fun?! Are you f*****g serious?! You use and abuse every and any she-wolf in your sight, and it has gone on long enough. We should have stopped you years ago!” Jeremy bellows. “But you know what? Today, I’ll make sure it happened and that you can never hurt anyone ever again! You are a disgusting piece of…” “You might want to rethink your words. I do still have your lovely sister, as you say, in my grasp.” He says, tightening his hold, making me whimper. ‘How do I get him to let go of me? If I could just move my head a little to the side, maybe I could bite him? Sacha, help me, will you? Get your canines ready.’ ‘Already on it. When I say now, turn your head to the left. I think it’s our better chance’ ‘Ok' ‘One… Two…. Now!’ As soon as she gives me the go-ahead, I turn and snap my fangs as hard as I can onto his harm, making him scream out in pain, loosening his grip at the same time. I make a run for it, but he trips me, pinning me to the ground with his knee., pushing my shoulders with his hands, trying to immobilize my upper body. Although he’s trying hard to do so, as I fight against him, the few seconds my bite had distracted him, giving Jeremy and the guys a chance to make a move. I can feel Blake’s fury as he tries to hold me down. I know Annabelle is still close to me, and I’m terrified he’ll turn his anger towards her. She is innocent in all of this. She shouldn't even be here in this situation in the first place. I look to my side and confirm that she is still there. Turning to the guys, plead with them. “Grab Annabelle and get her out. NOW” I yell out, clawing the ground to get myself out from the heaviness of his knee on my back. Wesley and Josh fly past me and grab Annabelle, just like I ask, but Jeremy stayed in front of us. I can tell he wants to make a move and get Blake off of me, but he’s unsure of what to do. If he makes a wrong move, it could be fatal.  “Let go of her, you f*****g piece of s**t!” Jeremy bellows. “You know what?”He says, lowering his head so I can hear him clearly, he, still fighting to keep me down to the ground. “You are getting to be more trouble than you're worth here, Lana. You should just have followed me in the first place. I suppose I’ll have to make up an excuse to Apollo as to why you didn’t make it out alive and find him another b***h to play with. Maybe I’ll try and find that little pup you so desperately wanted to protect. She could grow up to be as much fun as you were. She seems to be about the same age you were when I first met you.” He mocks, lifting my head placing his hands in a way that makes it clear he’s going to snap it any second. “Don’t you dare touch her!” I panic, fighting the hardest I have ever fought to get out of his hold and beat the living daylight out of him. Tears swell up in my eyes as I fight in vain. My end is near, I can feel it in the way he’s moving his grasp around my neck and shoulder. I won’t make it out alive. He’s got one hand on the back of my head, close the nap of my neck now, and the other on my chin facing the opposite direction of his other hand.  With one last glance, I look up at Jeremy.  “I’m sorry I didn’t listen to you. I should have trusted you… Tell mom and dad that I’m sorry and that I love them..please…”  I say with a melancholic smile, letting my tears fall freely on my cheeks. “I love you, Jer... brother” Sacha...I’m sorry... Holding my breath and listening to the deafening silence that suddenly surrounds us, I close my eyes and prepare myself for my impending fate.  Snap!
