He paused to take a breath and think about how he was going to word what he’d discovered.
Taylor couldn’t wait that long. “And?” he prompted, his eyebrows almost disappearing into his hairline. “What did ye find?”
“Taylor,” Joshua’s voice echoed out into the car, “give the man chance tae speak, will ye? Not everyone’s as fast as ye, remember?”
“Aye, all right! Sorry, Chastain,” Taylor said, flashing a rueful smile in his direction.
God, this invisibility lark sure is useful, but it’s weird when people are trying to look at you, but can’t. Actually… “Hey,” he said, straightening. “Do Kim and I even need to be invisible anymore?
