Chapter Eleven Kim Medhurst Kim woke, immediately disorientated yet feeling utterly safe at the same time. Where was she? And why the hell was it so quiet? London was never this quiet. She cracked her eyelids open and peered around the room, which just confused her all the more. It was clean, and comfortable enough, but it looked more like a dormitory of sorts than a bedroom, with its multiple single beds and storage units. That was when it hit her.
