If you tell them you write poems and they don't ask to see your work, then they do not plan on staying in your life. For poems are the best way of getting to know someone else, inside and out.

She looks up at me for a short moment then smiled. My breath hitch instantly because of that. She's a little sweaty and all but no one can deny that she's really beautiful.
