Taking my seat, Ethan continued eating while watching his tablet.
I placed my phone beside my placemat and tried to figure out what I was supposed to do now.
Do I tell Kyle I’m already trying to see someone else that isn’t him?
Tell him that’s exactly why I don’t want to involve him any further when he’s been my doctor this entire time?
It wasn’t exactly a lie.
I needed time to recover.
