Breaking up with Adam wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be.
"I don't understand," Adam's voice broke. "You cannot just break up with me. I need explanations about why you left me,".
"I am sorry, Adam," I sighed, trying to fight the urge to pull him closer to me "There's nothing I can do in this situation. I am married and I need to be presented to both families,".
"So, you're saying that this is the last time we will see or speak to each other?" he asked.
"Precisely, Adam," I stifled a sigh "I am now married and would especially ask you to desist from always calling me,".
"This man you want to marry, does he have any idea how young you are? How can he be so ruthless as to allow you to participate in things like that? I, for one, fear a lot of these things."
