“Adam?” I laughed with unease. I thought we were done.
“Hey,” he smiled “Can I talk to you for a sec?” he asked looking at Steve, who maintained his position.
“Sure,” I nodded my head “I am listening,”.
“Could you please give us space or excuse us?” he turned to Steve.
“Are you going to be alright?” Steve asked me.
“Yes, I will. It’s fine, okay, I’ll see you in class soon,”.
Steve nodded and walked away, leaving me and Adam me standing in the hallway.
