Is it wrong to be the demon king?: Origins.

Long ago, before the creation of worlds. There lived two powerful Gods. One was good hearted and one was purely twisted.

To be such a powerful being is great. However, there isn't any much to do since they have nothing to achieve anymore.

They have decided to watch over something to give themselves amusement. They created one world with over 25 continents and creatures from their imagination and desires. They created 18 races : goblins, humans, elves, fishmen, fairies, minks, slimes, vampires, undead, chimera, titans, angels, demons, titans, cyclops, ogres, beasts, and the capricorns.

Two races out from their creation unexpectedly made a huge impression to both Gods, Chimera and the Capricorns.

Both races were asked to choose their representatives to receive the Titlle of the King. Who ever receives the tittle will have a gift from the Gods. Its either, Power, Unlimited Knowledge, Greatest Wisdom, Unlimited Wealth, and even Immortality.

Every after a decade, there will be a coronation for a new king. The selection for the new king became a competition around the world. All races have committed to this goal ever since the first two kings were crowned.

All of them were blinded with the gift of the Gods, but the humans and elves. Among all races, they were the weakest.

They have concluded that it would be impossible for them to earn the crown.

Being one of the weakest, Humans were colonized by the most twisted race, the demons. Among all of the races, demons were the most alike to the TWISTED GOD, they colonized the human race and made a good use of their weakness, the lack of magic.

Only the human race, has the most faint magic. There are only a few of them who can use magic, but still were not strong enough.

The Gods had a bit of quarrel regarding this matter. However, the Twisted God proposed to the Great God that they should observe them further. Said that,

" Let us see what happens next, It will be so exciting, I'm curious of what the weak can do in this kind of situations"

The Great God, agreed to this proposal.

Humans had no chance of winning against the demons. However, they were smart enough to know that their race will live if they don't fight back.

After 5 years, the human race still existed under the foot of the demons. They couldn't do anything. However, during the s*****y time, they tried to make a deal with the elves. They asked for help from the elves in exchange for alliance.

The elves were hesitant to the deal, since the demons could turn their eyes on their race. However, the king of elves accepted the deal.

The elves agreed to help the humans. They formed an alliance without the demons knowing. Said that, they will save the humans during the coronation.

During the coronation, there will be a huge chaos, it is a battle for the candidacy for the tittle of the king. All races will be gathered into one place, to be chosen as candidates. But only those who succeed the challenges made by the Gods will be chosen.

During this time Humans will be able to disappear together with elves and escape from the demon race. However, there was one who doubted the king. Thought that, an alliance with the human race is foolish, it would only endanger their race.

Little that they know, they got betrayed.

*The Coronation*

Gods: " The time has come, for us to choose new kings of the races"

" Come forth those who have what it takes to be chosen "

Right after the announcement of the Gods, all races rushed to the entrance of Tartarus. It is where the territory of the Twisted God, where the selection happens.

During this time the elves had commenced their operation to save the humans. Every last one of their race were evacuated to the hidden kingdom. Everything was going according to plan but then, One of the humans transformed into a creature that was neither human nor elf. It devoured all that was near it.

Then it spoke, " foolish elves, you should have not accepted the offer! Now all of you will have to die !"

Then suddenly, there was a huge light beam that hit the creature and perished it, there appeared an archer from the eleves who fired that shot. Both races have rejoiced for that moment. Suddenly the archer shouted " What are you doing?! Continue operation, our plan is no longer a secret to the demons! "

There it goes, the humans rushed entering the hidden kingdom of the elves.

The moment that every last one of them has entered the eleven kingdom disappeared from the map. As well as the archer hero who saved them. The hero was nowhere to be found.

Later on, new kings were finally crowned. From the race of the Demons and the Titans. No one ever knew which gift did the demons chose, but the Titans chose the Unlimited Knowledge.

After being crowned, the Titans returned to their continent and kept their actions into secret, yet demons have searched for the weak races. They expanded their territory and conquered continents.

After the humans and elves knew about it, they never again showed up in the surface. It is for them to avoid s*****y from the demons.

After 3 years, of hiding the kingdom. There have been a breach, a warp gate opened somewhere else inside the kingdom. Monsters came out from the gate and annihilated all living things that came to their path. It was immediately reported to the kingdom, warriors and mages came to help and kill those monsters. After completely killing those monsters, the gate closed. There were many who died during the breach including humans, many fields have burned including farms.

This chaos have caused a commotion in the kingdom. They blamed the humans for the coming of the monsters. Said that, " the demons have come for their race, the elves are finished as well ". Does the peace within the kingdom has come to an end?...
