Successful Plan

The air vibrated as the meteor descended from the sky. To counter the shockwave, Ester created another barrier to withstand the impact. The enemy cannot move because Ani's attack earlier broke some of its limbs.

Escape was not an option for the fourth servant. Since it cannot move, the enemy began to charge its remaining energy to counter the attack. While the enemy was busy doing that, I saw a small orb floating around its head. At first, it was not noticeable because of its size, and it's a bit transparent. It was able to adapt to its surroundings.

If my guess was correct, that might be the core that I was trying to figure out earlier. I moved towards Ani that was recovering her spiritual energy. Anan was assisting him. I didn't know that he could upgrade to his knowledge in a short period. I need to ask them what they did after everything is solved here in Pin-atubo.

"Ani, can I borrow the Galeforce?" I asked.

"Sure," Ani answered.

The enemy was still busy trying to deflect Ester's attack. The collision of two opposing energy was creating more powerful shockwaves. I need to take this as an opportunity to take down the enemy.

I picked up the Galeforce and aimed at the orb that I saw. I need to time my attack, or the enemy might notice. This is only our chance because anytime soon, Ester might exhaust all of her energy.

"Listen, guys, and I think I saw where the core was. I was hoping you could help me to distract the enemy so that he would not notice what we are planning to do." I said.

"Yes, Ayari. We will do so." Baku said.

"Ester might exhaust her energy if this keeps up, and it's dangerous. I don't want her to suffer what I had. Thank you." I said.

After what I said, Baku and Saldang began to do what I asked them. The two dragons went out of the barrier and transformed into their dragon forms.

The two aided my sister and began to attack the enemy with their energy breaths as well. While the enemy was occupied, I began to do my part too.

I began to infuse the Galeforce with my spiritual energy and cast the enchantment. Blue and white particles started to gather around at the edge of the bow, and after a few seconds, an arrow formed. I resonated with my breathing with the flow of the energy.

The wind whistled as I continued to stabilize my energy. A cool breeze began to blow within the barrier. I opened my eyes and looked at the position where the orb was.

This is our only chance. Failure is not an option this time. Everyone did their part, and now it is my time to do so. The wind continued to gather within the barrier and was whistling violently now.

I focused my aim on the orb. Not now, just a few more. Suddenly, Ester intensified the flow of her energy on her attack, putting the enemy in place.

I fired the arrow at the orb. The dart flew fast and struck the sphere. The enemy felt my attack and began to growl in pain as I continued to infuse my powers. The enemy kept on struggling with our combined attacks, and little by little, the ominous aura was decreasing. The beast attack was disappearing too.

The core of the beast broke, and the enemy fell after that. It was defenseless, and as soon as that happened, the meteor destroyed the enemy.

A thunderous explosion was heard all over the place. The ground shook violently because of the impact. Ester continued to amplify her barrier while protecting us from the shockwaves.

After a minute, everything cleared up, and we saw that the fourth servant was disappearing into thin air. This means that the attack that we did was successful. The two dragons morphed back at their human form and went in our direction.

Ester also canceled her barrier and fell on her knees. She used up a lot of spiritual energy, and Anan rushed to her aid. Anan started to cast the recovery spell, and a very calming golden light gathered around the two.

I looked at everyone, and I saw that they were smiling at me. The ominous aura within the area disappeared, and what was surprising was, life began to appear in the surroundings. It was being filled with positive energy.

I felt the brooch that Makiling gave me was giving off its spiritual energy.

"We did it," Ani said.

"Yes, and there's one thing that we need to. It's time for the final boss." I said and looked in the direction where dark energy still covered the area.
