Rain POV
It's been a month since I woke up from the coma and I have been travelling around the pack with the girls. The first week we went out we visited the nursery, schools and they have an orphanage. All the kids are very lovely the little ones are so cute and the older kids seem to be very mature (mostly). It was better than the human equivalent, the orphanage especially everyone who works there truly loves the kids and the kids all look very happy. All the different species get along well there is little to no discrimination, and some families are mixed, people don't only adopt from their own species. From what I have observed the family here are just like how I imagined them to be, how I had hoped I had as well. It appears that for kids that want to go to college and university the pack finances pay for their education, and they can study whatever they like, it's all arranged by the Alpha. Apparently normally that is one of the duties the Luna would perform so Blaze is just filling in. I have been wondering if I would be able to perform all the duties of the luna. We visited all the different offices and business in the pack and I managed to talk to them about their lives and what being a wolf shifter is like, so far I have grown to like the idea being a human has never really brought me much happiness. What really amazed me about the pack is that their technology and science is all much more advanced than what the humans have and this is because of the use of magic, you can use magic stones as a source of energy which is much better for the environment. Also the medical advancements in the hospital is amazing magic has allowed people to be healed much quicker and with less side effects.
"Love, you alright ?" Blaze looks worried at me
"Oh yes sorry I was just thinking about what I have learned this past month" I smile at him. We are currently enjoying lunch together in my room.
"Have Eve and Lucas found anything yet ?" I question him
"Not yet but they said there is still lots of research they need to do. From what they have discovered this could be something very old and may not be something put solely on you. So it could be a family issue" he looks at me guilty
"Why that look, do you have something to feel guilty for ?" I look into his eyes
"Well if it is a family issue then it would explain why you were told to find them, and I have a confession to make about that" ah this would be about they fact he asked Zack to search for my family. He does not know that I know I was told by Anna as Zack told her, I was angry at first but Anna explained why he did what he did and I understand him I just wish he told me sooner.
"Oh what would that be" I guess I could mess with him a little
"Well .... you see ... I kind of asked ..... Zack to try and find out about your family" I look at him not giving away my emotions
"Love, are you angry ? do you hate me now ?" I just keep staring at him
"Your not saying anything, please talk to me" He starts to panic and I can't hold it I start laughing
"Um love are you okay ?"
"Yes i'm sorry I just could't resist, I have known about it for a while now but I wanted to mess with you a bit" Blaze looks at me puzzled
"It's okay i'm not mad anymore, I was when I found out but Anna talked me out of that, I was just upset you did not tell me sooner" I give him a kiss on the cheek
"Really ? I was sure you would be angry" he looks like a naughty child who has been forgiven, I chuckle
"Its fine now, but don't do it again next time talk to me. this relationship only works if we talk to each other and be truthful. Now have you found anything ?" I look at him seriously
"Nothing concrete, we are still following some leads up, I will let you know as soon as we have results"
"Okay guess thats the best I can ask for" I smile at him, suddenly he leans in a kisses me on the lips.
"You truly are the best thing to happen to me, I Love you so much" LOVE ! we haven't really known each other that long, well I guess we have by wolf standards, but love.
"Don't worry I don't expect you to stay it back yet, but i'm confident you will one day" Then he kisses me again.
"Now let's finish lunch and then unfortunately I have to get back to work" What is this man doing to me.
