Rain POV
"OH MY GOD, YOUR ALIVE !!!!!" Rachel screamed at me as she ran to me and gave me a bone shattering hug. We decided after what Eve said to meet the girls in the main lounge area and let's just say Rachel is excited.
"Rachel she won't be alive much longer if you hug her that tightly" Anna chuckles as she walks over to us.
Rachel rushes to let me go and starts to check me over "Oh I'm so sorry are you hurt, I was just so worried about you"
"Im fine Rachel, I'm sorry to have worried you"
"Don't be ridiculous, you can't control these things, in no way was it your fault" Anna admonishes me as she hugs me as well, not as tight as Rachel did though.
"Well ladies I can see you need some time to catch up, i'll leave my mate in your hands. Love if you need me i'll be in my office, please let me know if you feel ill at all okay" with that blaze kisses me sweetly and leaves.
"Well you two seem closer" Anna smiles at me.
I blush "yeah I guess being a coma does that"
"Yeah about that are you really alright now ?" Rachel asks worried.
"At the moment I seem to be, but I can't believe a whole month passed" I look down.
"Are you worried now there is only five months left" Anna asks.
"Yeah I feel so rushed about it"
"I Know why don't we show you around the pack grounds more so you can see how we live normally and what our pack is like ?" Rachel suggest
"I guess it would be good to see how you live" with that Rachel grabbed my hand and started pulling me to the front of the house. Anna started following behind, she grabbed a coat for me and helped me put it on.
"I don't think the Alpha would be happy if we let you get a cold as well" she chuckled
"I think we should start from the young up, let's go to the nursery and work from there" Anna beamed at me.
Blaze POV
I left the girls alone and went to my office, I sat at my desk and looked over all the documents I had to work on. I wish I could just spend my time with Rain but being alpha had responsibilities, ones that I have not been giving my full attention. I hoped that Eve and Lucas could explain this whole curse stuff to me soon, I don't want Rain to be in anymore danger than she already is. The thing about finding her family was a surprise to me, but if the moon goddess told her to it must be important. I don't think Rain wants to but maybe if I could find them and find out why they abandoned her we could understand more. I hope they are still alive.
"Zack, come to my office please" I mindlink him.
"On my way Alpha" Within a few minuet there is a knock at my door.
"Come in" Zack come through and bows his head
"Alpha" I gesture for him to sit down.
"I know I asked you before to make a file on rain and you noted that her parents are unknown, how in depth was that report ?" Zack looks confused at first.
"Well you wanted results fast so I could not be 100% sure the information is not out there but it would require more time and effort to find it, would you like me to get some men on it ?"
"Yes and be discrete, I don't want Rain to know i'm looking for them yet"
"Are you sure, she might be mad if she find out later?"
"Yes i'm sure please get on this"
"Yes Alpha" with that he bowed his head and left. I turn in my chair and look out the window, I really hope i'm doing the right thing.
