Rain POV
Blaze and I were sitting by the water eating our lunch and getting to know each other better, I just love being around him. I started to feel cold suddenly.
"Are you okay love" Blaze looked at me worried.
"Yeah just a little cold" I did not want him to make us leave yet. He got out another blanket from the basket and wrapped it around me. His phone suddenly started ringing, he looked at who it was.
"I have to answer this, will you be alright for a minuet?" He looked to me.
"Yes i'm not going to go anywhere" I chuckled at his unneeded concern. He walk away a bit so he could answer the call but still see me. I just looked out at the lake and breathed in the fresh air, being outside was the best medicine in my opinion. My head started to hurt and my ears were ringing.
"YOUR FATE IS SEALED" There was a strange voice shouting in my head "YOUR BLOOD IS CURSED" My head was now ponding and I couldn't think straight, my eyes were losing focuse and black dots started appearing. Then I felt my self falling over losing all strength a Pair of arms caught me so I don't fall on the ground.
"Love what's wrong speak to me!!!" I couldn't answer I was too tired and in too much pain I closed my eyes.
"RAIN!!!" Then there was just darkness.
Blaze POV
"RAIN!!!" I shout as she closes her eyes, she feel so cold to touch I quickly mind link Dr.Sims, Dr.Hoop and Zack.
"I have an emergency, Rain has fainted and is cold to touch, I'm coming back to the pack house now, drop what you are doing and get ready" I cut the mind link and shift into my wolf. I managed to get her on my back although I was a little rough, I start sprinting back to the pack house as fast as possible. I arrive and Dr.Hoop is there waiting with Zack, Dr.Hoop take her off my back and runs straight to the hospital in the pack house. I shift back and Zack hands me some cloths.
"What happened she was fine at breakfast?" Zack asks me worried
"I don't know I was talking on the phone with the CFO of the security company and she suddenly looked like she was in pain, then she fainted" It just happened so fast we were have a lovely time and now this. We both started heading towards the hospital as we got to her room a nurse stopped us from entering.
"Im sorry Alpha but you can't go in yet"
"What, that's my mate I will not just stand out here and wait!" This nurse was deluded if she thought I would do that. Zack grated my shoulder to calm me down.
"Blaze we should let the doctors do their job, they are the best at what they do" Zack tried hard to convince me
"Zack she's in pain and I can't lose her" He would be the same as me if it was Anna in that room. The door opened and Dr.sims walks out, she looked at me.
"Alpha tell me what happen exactly"
"We were by the lake having lunch, she said she was a little cold i gave her a blanket. I got a phone call and stepped away for a moment, the I saw her holding her head in pain and she suddenly fainted, she was also frozen when I touched her" I was seriously worried.
"Please is she alright, what's wrong with her" Dr.Sims looked away in thought she tuned back to me.
"We don't know yet, but trust she will be fine, we will not let anything happen to her. Please wait here I will let you know when we know more" with that she left back into Rains room. Oh moon goddess please don't let anything happen to her, I prayed. A couple of hours latter and the nurses started to leave the room, one of them came up to me.
"Alpha you can go in now" I did not say anything to the nurse I got straight up and ran into her room. I could see her hooked up to an IV and they were monitoring her vitals, she has an oxygen masks on as well. I ran to her side and grabber her hand, it was still cold, but not as cold as earlier.
"Alpha" Dr.Hoop tried to get my attention, I looked away from Rain and at him, I noticed that Zack has followed me in and shut the door as well.
"Is she okay?" I asked him, he looked sad.
"She is in a coma at the moment" My mind went blank, what did this happen she was fine.
"We don't know why it happened, but her illness just suddenly got worse, its like someone hit a fast forward button on it" Dr.Sims tells me
"Dr.Hoop had been slowing the progression of the illness but it just stopped working, luckily when we combined our magic we were able to slow it down again, but not before it put her in a coma" Dr.Sims looked ver apologetically at me.
"How long will she be like this?" I did not really want to know but I hoped she would be fine soon.
"We don't know, I'm very sorry Alpha" Dr.Sims replied.
"Is there nothing else you can do to help her? she has been through too much already" I pleaded with them, I never plead i'm an Alpha but I would do this for her.
"I'm afraid we have done all we can for now, it's up the her body and her will to wake up now" I look down at her and brush some hair out her eyes.
"Please can you leave us for a bit" I ask all of them, I just want to be with her for a while. They all start to leave.
"She is going to wake up, you know that right?" Zack stopped to ask me.
"Yeah I know" he leaves and shuts the door.
"You will wake up from this Rain, you are stronger than you know. I will be here waiting for you, get all the rest you need to come back to me" Then I kiss her softly on her lips.
