Blaze POV
Rain is still sleeping in the hospital I haven't left the room even for work, I made sure all the important papers and emails where done here. It scares me to she her asleep now, I worry she will never wake. Her hand starts to move and her eyes flutter open, she really has the most captivating eyes.
"Morning love, how do you feel ?" I ask her as I help her sit up in her bed.
"I feel a little groggy and stiff, but fine otherwise" I'm glad she does not have any pain and seems to be better.
"Do you feel you could eat breakfast ?" she hasn't had proper food for about a month now.
"Yes I starved, can I talk to you about something important after we eat ?" she looks at me seriously.
"Of course do you want to talk about it now if it's bothering you ?"
"No I think ill be better prepared after I eat"
"Okay ill mindlink Angelo to bring us something, would you like help to the bathroom to freshen up ?" she looks embarrassed by this I would help her in anyway possible but I don't think she will let me.
"Yes but could a nurse help me inside the bathroom please ?" she looks very apologetic, I think she is worried I think she does trust me.
"Thats fine love don't worry about it" I mind link the nurse and also Angelo to bring us breakfast. I hear a knock at the door and the nurse enters we both assist Rain to get out of bed. She is a bit wobbly at first but quickly finds her feet. I wait while Rain gets sorted out. The door opens and she walks out a little unsteady still but looking confident, she sits opposite me at the small table, the nurse bows her head and leaves.
"So I was asleep for a month, did anything new happen other than you clearly not leaving the room" she looks at me a raises and eyebrow.
"How did you know I never left the room ?" I look directly at her.
"Well the amount of papers and cloths dotted around the room was a give-away, the fact that the chair next to my bed has taken the shape of your body. I also have to ask you this as well, are you trying to look like Dumbledore from Harry Potter with that beard ?" she starts giggling at me. I had not though it was that bad and I will admit I was a little obsessed with her safety this past month.
"Do you not like my new look ?" I question giving her a smirk.
"While I like a man with some facial hair, that" she points at me "is too much, I will not kiss you if you have that " she laughs and then realises what she said, she looks a little shocked.
"Do you mean you will kiss me if I shave it ?" She looks speechlessly at me, I just stare at her waiting for an answer.
She regains her composure "I guess you won't know till you do ?" The first thing i'm doing after breakfast is having a shave. There is a knock at the door.
"come in" I shout never leaving the site of rain.
"Alpha I have brought your breakfast" Angelo addresses me.I look away from rain.
"Please bring it to the table" He brings over an assortment of pastries and fruit.
"Thank you" Rain say to him, he bows his head to us and leaves. We both dig in and eat in a comfortable silence. When we finish I look at Rain.
"What did you want to talk about ?" she looks at me seriously.
"I did not want to tell just anyone and I trust you the most other than Dr.Hoop.. When I was in the coma I had a dream of sorts." she looks at me to make sure i'm listening.
"Okay, go on" I let her know I am listening.
"Well I ending up at the beautiful lake it was almost other worldly and I met this woman there. she had silver hair and eyes and wore at long with dress she seemed to glow, she said her name was Selene ... "
"YOU MEET SELENE ?" I shout at her, she looks shocked.
"Yes, is that bad" now she looks scared.
"No I don't think so but Selene is the moon goddess, she is the goddess of all wolf shifters" i'm surprised and shocked selene never talks to us directly.
"What so I met a goddess !" she stares at me
"Yes , did she tell you anything ?"
"Yeah a lot of things but none of it makes sense" she looks down deciding if she wants to tell me it.
"Please tell me I might be able to help" she looks at me and smiles.
"She told me to trust you, that we could only break the curse together and that I should find my family they can help me as well" she looks sadly at me.
"I don't have an issue with trusting you I already do, but I don't know what curse she is on about and how will I ever find my family. They are the ones who abandoned me why would I want their help" she looks down ready to cry.I take her hand and kiss it.
"Love don't worry, I know it's a lot to take in, but you have me and you're friends here we will do all we can to help you. I do think we should tell Dr.Hoop about this as it might have to do with the blood curse you head that voice tell you" she looks at me and she gets up from her seat and hugs me.
"Thank you, I don't know what I would do if you were not here to help me, how can I ever thank you" I look at her and take her hands.
"You could always give me a kiss" I smile at her.
she giggles "not until this goes" she says as she point at my beard.
"Fine i'll sort it our now then" the things I do for love.
