Chapter Forty-Seven: Crisa

535 Words
When I pulled up my shirt and Thalia pulled off the bandage she let out a gasp not expecting it to be as big as it is.  I was starting to get agitated with Thalia because she wasn’t doing anything besides staring so I looked at her and said, “can you just finish up and put the bandage back on? You know I hate when you stare at my wounds like you haven’t seen worse. I may sound insensitive about it and I can because it’s my body.” After that Thalia got to work and finished up quickly so I could eat.      I moved to grab a plate before turning to look at Storm waiting for him to sit down and grab a plate. He sat down and took my plate before asking what I wanted and loading it up with a little bit of everything. After giving me a plate he made his and told the guys they could reheat and finish last nights pizza if they wanted. He also made sure that they knew that they were cleaning up after themselves this time. Thalia got up and went into the kitchen to heat up the pizza and grab some cleaning supplies to clean up the dropped food.      Crisa chose to watch the movie Champion before she sat back and started eating my food. While everyone was watching the movie I was on my phone ordering the groceries I needed. When I had everything that I wanted in the cart I handed the phone to Storm so he could add anything that he wanted or needed. To my surprise not only did Storm add to the list, but he paid for it with added rush delivery. He’s acting like we are in a committed relationship and living together already.      It’s so comfortable having him here with me I don’t know how I will feel when or if he leaves. Having him here taking care of me and holding me every night was something that I could easily get used to. I need to find out what is going on between us before I get even more attached than I already am. I never thought I would see the day that I regret letting my family have free access to my house. They keep showing up at the wrong time and with them here Storm and I won’t be able to talk about us. I need to find a way to get Thalia and the guys out of here so that we can talk.      Luckily they all had to get back to work so they made a hasty exit when the groceries were delivered. Thalia stayed behind long enough to help Storm clean up the living room and put up the groceries. Once she was out of the driveway I hit the button on my alarm that would lock all the doors and will only deactivate with my code which thankfully nobody else knows. I made my way back to the couch and waved Storm over to sit next to me. I looked him in the eyes and said, “they have the worst timing ever. What is this thing between us?”
