Chapter 28 – The Brothers
Nathan had entered through the kitchen and was now observing what was happening in the formal dining room. As soon as he had entered the kitchen, he felt his brother’s wolf become agitated. He could tell there was no threat, so he decided to stay back and observe what the situation was that had caused Brandon to lose control over his wolf. Brandon was always in charge, always had control over his wolf. This was new to both of them.
“Brandon! I know you’re busy, so I’ll wait for you in your office.” Nathan heard Janet say to his brother. He looked around the banister on the stairs and saw Janet standing close to his brother. She was staring daggers at Frida. Brandon was still looking at Frida, but now with a confused expression. He completely ignored Janet.
