9 Drake sat on the bridge, waiting impatiently as the Dagger drew near to the next jump point. He was studying the results from the sensors so he saw what was at the jump point even as Jensen called out. There were forty or fifty ships and at least a third of them looked to be combat class. Drake was instantly worried. Had the Crimson Dragon changed his mind? Or had he somehow figured out the crystal was fake? Whether that was the case or this was some other force out to hunt them down, Drake was worried.
