The Dagger surged into space. Weapons fire started striking its shields the moment it cleared the station.
“We’re taking fire from two different locations, Captain,” said Sonia. “It’s pretty intense. I took the chance to fully charge the auxiliary capacitors and shields while you were fighting your way out so we shouldn’t take any actual damage.”
