CHAPTER EIGHT SHADES OF THE OLD GAWAIN RETURN The ship was still out in the ocean, the wind was calm and not a cloud in the sky. The blue ocean water did not ripple nor did it seem to move the pirate ship in either direction. If the wind didn’t pick up the sails were useless. On top of that there weren't enough men to man the oars after the battles from the journey so far. Something had to be done, Aurelius’s magic orb was no longer an option. Somewhere in between the last mission and where they were heading the orb ran out of juice. It was strange, the orb had never lost its power in as many ages the elf village had pertained to it. Perhaps it had to do with the power that dwelled in Leon that drained the orb. There was no way of knowing for sure. What could be done with a pirate ship
