Jeffrey was coughing up blood as Leon called for help until Cathrine heard his cries and rushed over. She tried desperately to heal him but the wound was fatal there was nothing she could do for him. “Save him!” Leon shouted.
Tears formed in the corner of her eyes, “There’s nothing I can do,” she replied. “I’m sorry.”
“I don’t believe you!”
“I’m so sorry.” She kept repeating herself.
Jeffrey reached up and grabbed Leon’s wrist, “Leon, promise that you will finish this,” he said.
“We have to help you first.”
“Promise me,” Jeffrey pleaded.
“I promise,” said Leon. Jeffrey’s grip loosened and his hand fell to the ground. “Jeffrey wake up.” He shook him and pleaded over and over again for him to open his eyes.
