I stood looking out the window inside a castle closely similar to my son’s. The malevolent storm raged on outside, but we seemed unaffected and protected by the obvious war that had commenced between the tornado-winded storm and the intriguing growing multi-colored cloud above it.
The sound of thunder and lightning and the raging force of the wind could be heard outside. With a wave of my hand, I closed the window, silencing the slightly otherworldly sounds this battle was producing each time it made an impact.
