Steve and Nick found Adolf where Steve knew they would, out by his pool. In the decade he’d known the man, unless he had a bass in his hand, he planted himself near a pool, on a beach, or on the deck of a boat. He had on a pair of blue and red Hawaiian print shorts and had his long blond hair pulled back into a ponytail. “Slayer!” Adolf grabbed Steve and hugged him. Immediately, the smell of m*******a smoke filled Steve’s nostrils, tempting him while simultaneously almost gagging him.
