Sitting at her desk in her office, Harmony worked her way through a stack of eight by ten photographs of her singing on stage. She signed her name with a silver marker and added the words “Romans 12:9” below her signature. The wind whipped against her window, coating the glass with freezing rain, making it look like beveled glass. She had a local Christian radio station on low volume and quietly sang along with her favorite songs while she worked. When her cell phone rang, she looked at the number and didn’t recognize it.
